Reviewed November 19, 2014. We visited the park on Nov. 17th (just after a cold snap) and the park was gorgeous. Most of the trees have changed color and there was plenty to see. We enjoyed the crystal clear water of the Sabinal river and all of the beautiful rock formations. Great hiking trails. The Cottage: This 522 SQ FT cabin is great for a couple, a family or a girl's getaway. The open floor plan affords plenty of together time. Kids and grown ups alike love the built in bunk beds, yet the king size bed with luxury linens will ensure you are ready for a good night's rest. Spring and Fall are the prettiest times to visit the park. Spring (March to early May) and Fall (late October to late November).
